Free shipping applicable in the Netherlands and Belgium with orders above € 75,00. Mailbox package and Express delivery options and services available. Please contact us for more information 

Shipping & Delivery

Approximate delivery time in the Netherlands 2 – 5 workdays / EU 4 – 7 workdays / Worldwide 10 – 17 workdays days depending on the location and carrier. Express delivery options available for custom made orders and special requests we can discuss delivery and shipping options. Please note that Feliz Lifestyle cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal services.

Backorders

If a product is on backorder and/or temporarily out of stock, Feliz Lifestyle will contact you shortly by phone or by e-mail. We will work hard to deliver the backordered product(s) within 1 – 3 weeks after the order was received. Backordered products will be shipped free of charge if these are send after the initial shipment of other products purchased of the initial order, for which shipment has been paid. We will contact you to discuss the possibilities. Backordered products may be cancelled in which case we will offer an alternative or offer a refund.

Can I pick up my order?

Where applicable, you are more than welcome to come and pick up your order at a postal pick-up location of your choice. Service points are used to give our customers an improved shopping experience by offering a method to deliver your shipments at a service point. This way customers can choose a service point close to their current location and pick an appropriate time when to pick up the shipping themselves.

Secure online payments can be done with iDEAL, creditcard and Paypal.

Prices

All prices of products and prices published on the website are including VAT, unless specifically indicated.

Discount and Coupon codes

Feliz Lifestyle may use coupon or discount codes. Feliz Lifestyle applicable coupons and/or discount codes can only be used in the webshop. Valid and applicable codes can be applied in the specific field during the checkout and payment process. 

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You can return your order within 14 days after delivery. Please mail us your request and use the order number as your reference. Send the undamaged product(s) back in its original packaging to our company address and we will return the full purchase amount including the initial shipping cost after we have received the product(s). Items should be returned new, unused, and with all the original tags still attached. Shoes boxes must also be returned in new condition. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Any refund will be made using your original payment method. You can also start your return procedure here 

Refunds

Should you receive incorrect or damaged goods, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange, as appropriate and depending on availability, a goods exchange, credit or refund. Mail us your request and use the order number as your reference. We may require proof of purchase with return of the goods. Any refund will be made using your original payment method. 

Shipping costs regarding refunds & returns

You are responsible for all the shipping and customs costs for returning product(s), however we will refund the initial shipping cost after we have received the product(s) in good order.
